Verizon TV provider authentication issue on Mac/ios

I am having an issue with linking my TV provider (Verizon) on various websites (espn, nbc, fox etc) since changing verizon account info.

Everytime I attempt to link my TV provider, I select Verizon and am automatically brought to the authentication page and it inputs my old account information in (there isn’t a step for me to type in any account info).

I have deleted all saved info for the old account, have tried on my macbook, ipad, and iphone. There should be no trace of my old account info anywhere, yet the TV authenticator still autopopulates with the old info and does not let me manually input my new information.
