Photos from iPhone not syncing to MacBook

This issue started when I got a new iPad, suddenly the photos on my iPhone stopped syncing to my MacBook. All photos are on my cloud and photos from my iPhone are syncing to my iPad and all 3 devised are signed onto Apple ID. I took a screen shot of my settings from MacBook in case that helps to ID the issue.

Thank you!

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.7

Some things to try

  1. Do you have space left on your Mac for the photos to sync?
  2. Open Photos. Go to photos > settings > iCloud and verify the settings. Verify that your library is the system library Photos > settings > general
  3. Create a new library and make it the system library (hold the Option key while opening photos). This creates a new photo library which once synced becomes the library you would use. You could then delete the old one.
