Ever since I updated my iPhone, the pictures are no longer syncing with my MacBook. WHY??? I have checked all my settings, I have googled how to fix it and nothing I have tried has worked. This is really frustrating!

Nothing changed for me with the update, so probably not. But it's hard to say without more details. Do you have more than 10% free storage everywhere? It could be that the update used more storage and put you over the edge somewhere.
Thank you so much! I have tried most of what you suggested but I will go through and check all of these. I didn't change anything in my settings but wondered if the update impacted that. I will go through this list and try each one of these! Thank you again!
