There is nothing anyone here can do to help you find your iPhone. If you set up Find My on it before you lost it, you may be able to learn it's location. If you have another Apple device, launch the Find My app and see if the phone appears. If you don't have an Apple device, you can log into iCloud from another computer and try to locate it there. BTW, you should never post any personal information on these forums. They are pubic and worldwide, so a bad actor could see that information and use it for various nefarious purposes.
