Cracked Phone Water Damage, and Blocking issue

So I have an iPhone 11 pro and it can go underwater. So I was filming underwater but I forgot that I had cracked the back of my phone. A few days later my phone wasn't being responsive to the touchscreen, but when it did, it would be around 30 sec late. Eventually the whole leftside of my touchscreen stoped working and its been like that for a month or two. I tried restarting and cleaning but nothing works. Recently, my phone blocked every single Andriod user in my contacts. I cant communicate with them, or vis versa. Please help, I'm not sure what to do.

To prevent liquid damage, avoid:

  • Swimming or bathing with your iPhone
  • Exposing your iPhone to pressurized water or high velocity water, such as when showering, water skiing, wake boarding, surfing, jet skiing, and so on
  • Using your iPhone in a sauna or steam room
  • Intentionally submerging your iPhone in water
  • Operating your iPhone outside the suggested temperature ranges or in extremely humid conditions
  • Dropping your iPhone or subjecting it to other impacts
  • Disassembling your iPhone, including removing screws
