Why won't my Macbook air M1 turn on?

Hey guys, so this all started a few days after I updated my macbook to Sonoma 14.5 I believe. Don't know if it was the reason, just speculation. Ok, I was using my laptop and all of a sudden, it shut down. I tried to power it on but nothing. Then I went to charge it and it turned on. However, something killed my battery immediately because it was about 50% charged before it shut down the first time. I used my laptop and everything was fine. The next day, I went to pick up my laptop and it didn't turn on, plus the trackpad didn't click like normal. It's like it was stuck. I plugged the charger in and out multiple times and finally the laptop turned on but the battery was fully drained. Afterwards, I fully charged the laptop and used it. The trackpad went back to clicking nice and easy. The next day, samething happed. No response from the laptop whatsoever and I did every possible trick to smc, nvrm, holding the power button, pressing all kinds of keys and charging it,etc. Still nothing so I ordered a new battery and usb c port because I thought the battery was the issue. Changed the battery and usb c port since the old usb c port was a little beat up. After I changed it, I plugged in my laptop and it turned on again. Then I fully charged it. Thought the problem was solved but the next day, same thing happened. It didn't turn on or give me a hint of life. Did all the tricks, detached and reattached the battery, nothing. Detached the battery then charged the laptop, still nothing. I even tried to revive my laptop with another macbook by downloading the apple configurator and doing dfu but still nothing. Does anybody have answers?Don't know what to do at this point and don't want to spend 1,000 dollars on another macbook air m1. Don't have a warranty.

Hi there,

Please try this if your MacBook is not turning on

Check power connections

Make sure that your power cable is undamaged and plugged securely into your Mac and a working electrical outlet.

If your Mac has no built-in display, make sure that your external display is connected to power, connected to your Mac, and turned on.

Press and hold the power button

Press and hold the power button on your Mac for about 10 seconds. (Every Mac has a power button. On laptop computers that have Touch ID, press and hold Touch ID.)

Then press and release the power button normally.

Unplug accessories

You could have an issue with one or more accessories or their cables. Unplug all accessories from your Mac, including printers, drives, USB hubs, and mobile devices. Then repeat step 2, above.

If you see something on your screen

If your screen shows a flashing question mark, circle with a line through it, or anything else, your Mac is turned on but isn't starting up:

If your Mac turns on but doesn't start up all the way

If you see nothing on your screen

If your Mac seems to be turned on but the screen remains blank, the issue could be software related:

If your Mac starts up to a blank screen

Reset the SMC (Intel-based Mac only)

If you're using an older, Intel-based Mac, resetting the SMC might help:
