I have provided a list of autocorrections in Pages. They used to all be taken. Recently, I find the autocorrection is very selective. Even after I have deleted and re-added the corrections I want. This is very frustrating. Can anyone help?

The Edit menu > Spelling and Grammar > Correct Spelling Automatically menu item toggles the Pages Settings > Auto-Correction > Correct spelling automatically selection (and the ability to process those Ignored Words…).
Setting Correct Spelling Automatically in System Settings, but not in Pages does not enable that feature in the application.
Double-check these settings, please.

I don't have good news for you. Whether having entered Ignored Words… via its Settings interface, or from a Terminal command, I cannot get red ink from Pages v14.1 (Sonoma 14.6.1) when typing those words with Correct Spelling Automatically enabled.
Thanks. But, these are already done. Yet, all the options I have put in don't work. Just recent issue.
So, I guess I am stuck with having to do the editing as I type! Thanks, however.
