Hello! I came across scammers, logged into their iCloud account and they erased all my data, and I’ve been trying to do something for a month now, please help! Your support doesn't help me because I don't have a receipt for the purchase of the iPhone since I bought it second-hand, so I can't even send a request. Please help, answer!!

Unfortunately you made 2 bad decisions that is going to require you to purchase a new device. You are correct that only the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller can be used to remove an Activation Lock and removing any Apple ID from a device will require the password. There is no way to bypass this. There is nothing different from the phone you have, then one you could have found on the street. In both cases, you would never be able to use the device.

If you bought a second hand iPhone with already an iCloud account which is not yours, you can't do anything, they can lock the iPhone remotely, erase data....
And you can't remove their iCloud account, only they can do it for you
