Did you purchase this directly from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller? If so, it could be an original Apple product; if not, then it could be a fake.
There is no way anyone here can tell you for sure, just looking at a box, if it is an original product or not. Even the serial number will not help as these can be faked.

I know for a fact I could print that same label and stick it on a box. Would that make the contents of the box original? Nope,
The only way to know for sure is to purchase from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller, then you will never have to wonder.
IdrisSeabright pretty much summed it up. Unfortunately, Apple does not provide a means to check the product originality of their power adapters. If there is no Apple presence in your country, then chances are any Apple "products" would have to be obtained via a third party .... legally or not. Regardless, it is left to the buyer to determine if they got original product or not. There is nothing we, nor Apple can do, to assist you with this. Sorry.

And no one here will be able to give you a definitive answer. All anyone can do is give you some suggestions on how to determine it for yourself.
