I was suddenly denied privileges for burning CDs using Windows 10 iTunes on my laptop. I have tried running iTunes as administrator but it still won't allow me to burn CD. I am not burning tracks purchased from the Apple store.

Failing the advice from varjak paw you may need to uninstall iTunes, then reinstall using a downloaded iTunes64Setup.exe file by right-clicking on it and using Run as Administrator.
