My Macbook is having some issues in the keyboard due to liquid spill ig. Am not having apple care but i still got the one year warranty. Am i able to replace the keyboard under warranty.

Accidental damage, including liquid damage, is not covered by the warranty. You will have to pay for the repair.
As Tim said, the standard warranty does not cover accidental damage. If, however, you purchased AppleCare+ when (or shortly after) you bought that Mac, that plan does provide coverage for accidents.
