Trackpad lost it's "Click" - Solved

I was just removing some dust from the trackpad borders wit a small piece of paper, then the trackpad lost its "click" sound and the haptic feedback. I first tried to fix it from System Preferences turning on/off the force click and the various options, but nothing changed. I Searched online and found a suggestion to press with a certain strength the entire palm on the trackpad (without breaking it -of course), then from left to right/right to left.

Well, it worked!

Was this the best procedure?

I am posting this since I saw a couple of similar question in the community that went unanswered and the post was closed (so I can't answer there).

Hope this helps.

Sounds like it worked, so I would call it a win.
