What specifically are you attempting to accomplish?
You can add multiple other email accounts to your iPad as needed:
Add and remove email accounts on iPad - Apple Support
If instead you wish to change the email address that identifies your AppleID account, this can be changed if you need to do so...
An AppleID account is intended to be used for life. If you need to change the primary email address that identifies your account, or your secondary (recovery) email addresses or trusted telephone numbers, you simply need to update your AppleID account as necessary.
Change your Apple ID - Apple Support
Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support
What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support
Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support
Few of us will have the luxury of forever keeping the same email addresses or telephone numbers - sometimes these needing to be changed for a variety of reasons. However, updating our AppleID account, maintaining access to our data and purchases, is easy and relatively straightforward - accommodating life’s many changes as they occur. Using a completely different AppleID account can introduce many complications and issues, not limited to losing access to paid Apps, subscriptions and services - these being forever tied to the AppleID account from which they were purchased.

What is it you want to use a different email for? Do you want to change your Apple ID to a different email? If so, yes, you can do that:

If you mean something else, please explain.
Having a different email account is not going to give you any more space on your iPad. Only if your email provider is saying that your account is full would having another email account be of any benefit. Otherwise, you'll either need to move some of your documents to some sort of external storage; your computer, iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc or an external drive (if your model of iPad supports that) or you'll need to start deleting things.
Regards.
Thank you for answering. I don’t have anymore space for pictures nor the money to buy more, so I thought that by having another email, for example from Google, I would be able to get more space for videos and pictures. I don’t know much about this, I appreciate your time, thank you to everyone.
Google provides 15GB of storage for each account that you create.
In theory, there is nothing to prevent you from creating multiple accounts with Google - each with 15GB of available "free" cloud storage, this being the total storage available for both email and files. Your Google file storage is often accessed from iOS/iPadOS devices using the Google Drive App - this App also providing integration with the native Apple Files App.
While you can have multiple accounts, the issue becomes how you can practically access multiple Google accounts from your iPad - as the Google Drive App can only by signed-in to one Google account...
You can work-around this limitation of the Google Drive App by using a third-party file manager App to simultaneously sign-in to multiple Google Drive accounts. You might consider using FileBrowser Professional:
