"Do something'? Really?

Probably not the most effective way to get help, but either way...

While the iPhone 11 itself does support eSIM, there are several reasons why you might not have that option.

eSIM is disabled in certain countries - you don't say where you are, so we have no idea if this applies to you or not.

More specifically, eSIM support may be disabled on phones sold in specific countries, so even if you are, say, in the US, but you bought your phone in, say, China, then eSim support may be disabled.

In addition, eSIM requires carrier support. We don't know who your cell service provider is, so have no idea if they support eSIM or not.

So there are a few reasons why it might not work. None of them are things we can change.

Apple provide a list of countries and carriers that support eSIM. You can check there to see if your carrier is listed:

There are only two reasons why eSIM is not displayed as an option on the iPhone 11 Pro Max

1) Your carrier does not support eSIM. Check with your carrier to ask them about this.

2) You have a version of the iPhone 11 Pro Max that is SIM only.

Tap Settings > General > About

Tap on the Model Number of your phone and another number like "Axxxx" will appear. What is that number?
