Email I own is going into my junk folder

I own a website that relies heavily on email. Emails are sent to clients and copies are sent to me. However, many of these copies are going into my Junk folder, even though my email address is in my contacts. I have DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and DNS records that are properly configured and I am not blacklisted anywhere. I can't figure out why some make it and some go to junk. Anyone?

You need to look at the headers of the message (View -> Message -> All Headers)


Most server-side spam filtering will add headers regarding spam filtering. Check for any errors or warnings, especially in the Authentication, dkim and spf headers - it's possible there's a configuration error that's triggering the filter, and it should show there (although maybe cryptically - headers are not always easy to read)

Thanks, Camelot. I'll look, but these are canned emails. The only thing that changes is the name and email address to the client. One will make it to the inbox ... the next one goes to Junk. I've run MX tools against all my settings and it appears to be correct. Also, this just started happening about a month ago. Until then, everything functioned perfectly and I've not made any changes.
