Above error message keeps popping up after I try to install macOS Big Sur or Catalina on my Macbook 2017, 12 inch Retina laptop. I don't know what to do to fix that. Please help.

How exactly are you getting to the point where you can try to install it?
Is there a reason you don't want to go to Monterey or Ventura?
We do hope OP understands the possible implications of this.
