I ?keep getting messages that my Safari browser is not up to date. I wondered if this is because I am running High Sierra and I need to update my OS? I have tried to up date Safari but it says it's up to date.

Safari will still be out of date running Catalina, I recomend Brave, Opera, or FireFox Browsers.
Updating to Catalina, will it also update my browser?
