i think have insurance for my apple mac book pro when I purchased it my screen is glitching is not broken it’s jus glitching how am l able to fix this problem

If you purchased 3rd party insurance contact the company you bought it from for specifics on your coverage.
If you are referring to Apple Care+, that is not insurance. That is a warranty extension, and may cover the issue, if it's considered to be a manufacturing defect.
It can also, if not covered directly, offer to repair it for a reduced fee however.

If by "insurance" you mean a plan to cover you in case of damage or theft, no. Hardware problems would be covered by Apple's standard one-year warranty, or beyond that one year if you purchased an AppleCare plan (which may be what you meant by "insurance").
