Since updating watch, it is asking for iCloud password. No keyboard on watch. Don't see option for password on iPhone/watch either. Can scroll down list of passwords on watch, but too many(~100 passwords)?

Make sure that on your iPhone in Settings/Notifications/Apple Watch keyboard is enabled.
Then bring your iPhone near the Apple Watch. When the watch asks for the Apple ID password, you should get a message on your iPhone, asking, if you want to use the iOS keyboard to type the password and send it to the Apple Watch.
