Affirm Trade in Credit

Hi,

I was going to get the new iPhone but also financing my current one at the moment. Is the credit applicable to affirm account? (When I switch to another finance term when returning phone)

I have already been accepted to get the application from Affirm, but not sure if/when to cancel the term.
