Will you be able to completely remove Apple Intelligence from your devices?

I haven't been paying attention, and in truth, the more Apple puts generative AI tech into their products, the less I am inclined to keep up, have they said if it's possible to remove Apple Intelligence off of your devices? I understand you can opt out and disable it, but I do not want to own or operate any device or software that has anything to do with OpenAI or generative AI in my possession. So, if I update my software to the new version of iOS/macOS/iPadOS etc., can I remove it entirely?

Thank you in advance.

I know that it uses machine learning; I am actually a software developer, I've been using machine learning algorithms since abooout 2016 - in fact, I prefer to call the technology "machine learning," as I think "AI" is reductive and obtuse, but, that's besides the point.

As I said in my original post, I am against the use of generative AI and the products of OpenAI, as the only way such technologies can function as they do is through the use of assets that were taken without permission from their owners to be used for profit; I believe it to be a form of theft, and I do not wish to own a device that supports that as part of my personal system of beliefs. I also understand, and stated in my original post that Apple Intelligence can be disabled, I am asking if it can be, in addition to that, removed from my devices.

I am fully aware that my devices use machine learning to identify faces, words, etc., etc., and I am fully aware of the differences in how this technology functions and the differences between GPT tech and generative technology, this is why in my original post I specified those two things, to try to fend off useless responses like this. I see that was futile. Thank you.
