buh when l try to check it on my appleid it shows me where it is so can yu help me i find it

Not sure what kind of help you are looking for. Apparently you are able to see where it is. You can use Find My to mark the phone as lost, but there are 2 things that should not be done.
- Don't provide your Password/Passcode to any email/message you receive. This would be from the thief posing as Apple in an attempt to get your credentials to unlock the phone.
- Don't remove the phone from your account in Find My. This will allow the thief to set it up as a new device and you will no longer be able to track it.
