For some reason, after I delete a 10GB video off of my photos, it still says its there.

I'm having a huge issue.

I have a flash drive that has 123GB total, and has 80GB available. Because I want to put the 10GB video somewhere else, I try to export it onto the flash drive. I tried to put it in the flash drive, and it says it wont let me because the file is too large for the volume's format, which I have no idea what that means.

I immediately assume that its because my storage is almost full, so after I saved my video off to Files, I deleted the video completely off of my photos. This includes me deleting it from my Recently Deleted section. But when I go back to my storage, it still says that my storage is almost full. I shut down my device multiple times, one of the shutdowns was for even as long as 20 minutes. Even after all of that, it says that the video is STILL THERE with it being located nowhere, as if its some sort of ghost. It's driving me insane, as I have no other way to store my video. I need ways to fix this ASAP. Heres a couple photos FYI.

The file system format of your flash drive is the problem. It is a very old format (MS-DOS FAT) and this format has a file size limit of 4GB. You cannot store any items there that are larger than 4GB.

Use a stick with a different file system format. If you need to use the stick with a windows computer, try a stick with the file system format  exFAT.
