All content other than Apple purchases got deleted in a snap and I do not know how and why.

I transferred a few new music tracks from the M1MacMini(BigSur) to my iPadPro(17.6.1) via Music.app and a large video to AppleTV.app via iMazing.app via USB-C cable as I have been doing for 1 year. When I wanted to check the files on the iPadPro, all my own videos (160GB) were deleted and only the latest tracks were still available on Music.app. I can reconstruct the music library but not the videos because I only use them on the iPadPro and delete them after transferring them from the Mac. I can't explain how this could happen or how I can prevent it in the future. Any ideas or hints will be much appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Kind regards

iPad

I've been doing nothing else for a year: transferring music tracks via Music.app and videos with iMazing to the AppleTV.app.

Reconstructing the music library is no big deal, but most of the videos only exist on the iPad because they are only needed there and there is enough storage space with 2TB.

(PS.: I can´t see my reply on your first answer.)

I will contact the iMazing support to find out if and when I made a mistake.
