Why can’t I download Roblox

I downloaded Roblox once and one day I couldn’t play so then I deleted the app and when i tried to download it again it wouldn’t show in App Store so that’s why I went in Roblox website trough safari and still couldn’t download bcs it said that it’s not available in your region but when i check in internet it is available in my country so that’s why I wonder what I can do to download?
