Says not available in country/region, even though it is?

Hi, this might be a little sloppy due to me writing this at 12am lol, but I’m trying to download an app I’ve downloaded before i had to delete for storage and now want to download it again, but when I search it up on the App Store it doesn’t show, and when I go to the link on google it says it’s not available in my country/region, even though, the app itself says it is available, and the link is in English, I’m kinda stumped and can’t figure out why this is happing. (I live in the United States for reference)
