where is the ios17 update in iPhone X because my all payment apps are not working with ios16 it’s required ios17

Sorry, the iPhone X is not compatible with iOS 17.
If the developers of the payment apps that you are using have a requirement of iOS 17, they have dropped support for many millions of iPhone users.
This was a decision made by the app developers. Apple would not be involved with this at all.
You can thank the developers of the payment apps for forcing you to buy a new phone.
