Apple Intelligence and ChatGPT Integration for Device Purchases in Hong Kong

With the iPhone 16 series on the horizon, Apple Intelligence is being promoted as a key feature. I contacted Apple support to clarify if devices sold in Hong Kong will face any restrictions in integrating Apple Intelligence with ChatGPT, but they were unable to provide an answer. Additionally, I noticed that there’s no mention of ChatGPT integration on the Hong Kong Apple website, whereas the Taiwan version does include it.

If the restriction is only based on Apple ID region, that would be fine, but if it's locked by serial number or other methods, I’d prefer to know now rather than later, only to find out that I might need to connect to a different AI. Does anyone have more information on this?
