No, history follows the card. The history is the history. It’s required for tax purposes, returns and refunds and probably a dozen other reasons.
Deleting your Apple Card purchase history is not possible, as it serves as a legal record and proof of transactions. Keeping this information can be beneficial for reference, dispute resolution, or tax purposes.
As Jeff Donald said, you can do a few things that would result in the data being erased or inaccessible to you but there is not a way to just delete transaction history.
You cannot.
Reset your iPhone, erase all data and do not add your Apple Card. You could also log out of your Apple ID and remove all cards that way. Another way would be to create new Apple ID and Apple Card will not be available.
