How to change GoodNotes 6 Subscription Plans?

I've tried goodnotes 6 to see if it is good for me, and I decided to change payment to one time as it suits me. The problem is that automatically it started a year subscription, and now I cannot change it to a one-time payment. I've tried canceling the one-year one, but after that, I see only 4 options for 9 dollars yearly, with no one-time payment. I found one question asked around 3 months ago but without an answer. Is it a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

You should contact the app developers with questions about their pricing. It is possible that you can also subscribe directly through their website which is often cheaper.

Not sure if this helps but it looks like there was a onetime payment for the app. Not sure how you reverse it from one-uyears subscription to one time payment but to get hold of support If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

I’m currently in a battle to do the reverse: one-time purchase -> subscription. You can’t use the most up to date features included in GN6 under the one time purchase option and you can’t move to a plan that includes the windows/android/web version in the future. I can’t change over to the subscription model due to being a one time purchase customer in the past. I’m essentially stuck with the limited free version of GN6 even though I’m a long term user and one-time purchaser. Be careful what you wish for…
