Liquid Damage to my Macbook Air

The liquid from a Lysol disinfectant wipe got under my screen and you can see the splatter marks. Is it possible for it to go away by itself, or am I gonna have to get it checked out? I already applied some heat to the front and back with a hairdryer and a little has gone away.
