Change Apple Review Nickname

I wrote a review recently for an app and noticed the name on my review is an old one from over 10 years ago. I tried everything to find out how to change it and there's no real answers. I do NOT have a computer. How do I change it ? I tried logging into Apple on my Xbox Microsoft edge but still couldn't find the option.
