I left a review on a song and the nickname was something weird from a long time ago.
I followed the instructions on How to change the name I use for reviews … - Apple Community (Music app on my Mac) and also App store nickname - Apple Community (App Store app on my Mac) but when I scroll down, I am missing the "Manage" section entirely.

Ensure your Mac is on the latest version of macOS and check Screen Time Restrictions. It may be that alterations to your account is restricted and must be disabled. Go to Settings> Screen Time> Content & Privacy Restrictions> Accounts> Allow.

Follow-up: I was able to borrow a newer MacBook that can run Sequoia. The Manage section showed up as described, and I was able to update my username. It's frustrating that I need to update to an OS this laptop can't run in order to make a change to an online account, and that none of the discussion threads on here have made that clear.
I have the same problem, and there are no restrictions set up in Screen Time. The "Manage" section described in answers from ~2022 just doesn't seem to be there anymore.
