I see nothing that remotely suggests that your devices are hacked. What I do see are a lot of Log files. These files are notes that the developers write to themselves. There is no useful information to be gained from log files for the ordinary user. All you get is confusion and uncertainty. Ignore them.

What are you even talking about?
You'll need to use standard English if you want to be understood, I think. But it doesn't change the fact that there is nothing in what you've shown that indicates any kind of intrusion.
