My iPhone 12 Pro ear speaker is bugging out

Good day. My iPhone 12 pro ear speaker is bugging out. It can audibly be heard when u play music or lusten to videos, but when u put your ear closer to take a call or listen to voice messages, it seens to go really low and you cannot hear t. My iPhone's top speaker works well when playing music, as when u cover the bottom speaker you hear it well, but when making a call or hesring voice memos and putting your ear towards the top speaker, it doesnt play anything/plays really softly
