Apple pay for Weed Dispensary Gifting Shop in DC

Hi

we are interested to implement Apple pay for our Weed Dispensary Gifting Shop in DC : we DO NOT sell marijuana directly, we provide as gift and technically sell digital art, not paraphernalia.... if needed, more info on i71 initiative making it legal.

What is Apple Pay stance on this, can we go ahead and add it to our site ? Is there any risk for our business ??
