Weird that even Google knows nothing on wwwiijjuowev, or iijjuowev, or jjuowev. Often quite obscure files have at least some references on the web, like other users in the same situation as you.

A very mysterious application.

Start up in Safe Mode, then delete these two, then restart again. Safe Mode (temporarily) prevents third party software from loading automatically at startup.

There is much more software in the report that should be removed, because it isn’t compatible anymore. Not harmful per se, but not working anyway.

Flip4Mac WMV (for old 32-bit QuickTime Player, Mojave and earlier)
DivX (for old 32-bit QuickTime Player, Mojave and earlier)
Silverlight (discontinued)
Perian (for old 32-bit QuickTime Player, Mojave and earlier)
Google MusicManager (discontinued)
iPhotoPhotocast (iPhoto has been replaced by the Photos app since Catalina)
Scorch (Audio plugin from 2010)
RocketLife (RL Secure Plug-In Layer)
Wunderlist (discontinued)
PhotoStreamAgent (Apple’s My Photo Stream has been discontinued for all users, regardless of software version)

Other software is really old, and probably not the latest version. Consider updating, or if you don’t use it anymore, then consider removing it.

Java 8 Update 241 (Update 421 is current, but few users actually need it. Do you have .jar files to run?)
fuspredownloader (Samsung SmartSwitch software from 2013)
KiesViaWiFi (I only find 2012 references on the web)
Hotspot Shield (App Store) may need updating for Catalina
com.fidcefdbxxpo.plist (2017) – No idea what that is
/Library/Extensions/* (Kernel Extensions are deprecated; see if mainly your printer software has newer versions for your new OS version)

This doesn’t look right:

Catalina has ended support for some technologies, such as 32-bit software and kernel extensions.

If the pop-up appears after startup before launching any software manually, then it may point to Login Items, or background processes like LaunchAgents, LaunchDaemons.

Due to the way that the software works, the reported process name may be different from any filename.

Try running an EtreCheck report, to help find obsolete software components. Paste the report here using the [Additional Text] tool at the bottom bar of the reply text field, so that others may also have a look at it, in helping you find the culprit.

Configuration profiles found - This computer may have configuration profiles installed.

That's not right either.

RTProtectionDaemon 101.22 % (Malwarebytes Corporation)

Neither is that.

System modifications - There are a large number of system modifications running in the background.

That's putting it mildly.

Legitimate software does not make an effort to obscure itself with incomprehensible or nonsensical file names.

Really, that Mac is a candidate for an erase and reinstall.

That EtreCheck report reveals a lot of problems, so many that perhaps no one knows were to begin. I surmise that may explain why no one has replied to you since posting it. You may have a lot of work ahead of you.

Start with this. Read How to use the Add Text Feature When Posting Large Amounts of Text, i.e. an Etrecheck Report - Apple Community.

The following passage is relevant:

NOTE: If you get the following in the Time Machine section -

Backup:

Time Machine information is limited without Full Disk Access

Destinations:

- check Etrecheck's Privacy settings and make sure the checkbox for full disk access is checked and run again:

Do that, and post the revised report.

Delete this file & restart...

~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.adobe.ARM.***.plist

~ tilde indicates your home folder

Apple hid the Users' Library folders...

Method 1:

1 From the Finder, select the Go menu at top of the screen, and choose Go to Folder.

2 In the window that opens, enter ~/Library, and click Go.

Did FindAny File not find any such file?
