Managed Apple ID Verification Failed - ABM

Hello, I have a problem when connecting to my Managed Apple ID. I have activated the option "Allow Managed Apple ID on supervised device only" but when I connect on the iPhone or Mac, I get an error message (see attached)


Same problem with "Allow Managed Apple ID on Managed device only"


For information, the iPhone was added via Apple configurator. The Mac was directly purchased from Apple and automatically put into Apple Business Manager


Do you have any idea?
