I have 2 apple ids (one for my iphone and ipad) and another for my macbook pro. How do I connect my macbook pro laptop photos to my iphone/ipad pro photos that are saved on icloud?

My apple id for iphotos via my macbook pro is different than my apple id for both my iphone15 pro max and ipad pro max. Photos are saved to icloud. How do I change the apple id on my macbook pro to point to the photos saved on my icloud that were taken by my iphone15 pro max?

You cannot.

You would need to change your MacBook Pro's general Apple ID in System Settings ➜ Apple ID ➜ Sign Out. Which would change it for everything. Messages, FaceTime, iTunes and App Stores and iCloud.

If you don't want to do that, you can create a shared album, from the iPhone and iPad that you can access on the Mac.
