You have sixty days from the date of purchase to buy AppleCare if you didn't purchase it at the time you bought the iPhone. But as Jeff said, AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss is not offered in Switzerland, and you cannot purchase an AppleCare plan with different terms from another country. So unless you bought your iPhone from a country where Apple can offer AppleCare+ with theft and loss coverage, you'll need to look to other insurance providers for theft coverage. Some cell carriers offer such plans, or you may be able to get coverage through your homeowner/renter policy.
Regards.

Generally, restrictions like you describe are due to local or regional laws that Apple may not be able to comply with. Apple is not an insurance company and if a country has laws/regulations the define Apple Care as insurance, they may require that the seller be licensed to sell insurance. It might be cost prohibitive to train every support person and Apple Store employee to be a licensed agent. Just one example.
Explore options from third party insurers. This can include adding the item to your home owners insurance as a >whole risk rider< sometimes referred to as an inland marine policy. Apple Care, in it’s various forms, are restricted to the country they are purchased in and will not be able to be registered to your iPhone or other Apple device, as varjak paw explained.
I assumed the title of your original post was accurate, >cant buy AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss with my iPhone in Switzerland<. You’ll need to contact Apple in Switzerland for a more accurate and definitive answer.

If someone here tells you "yes" and it turns our to be wrong, the only recourse you will have is to return the device for a refund.
Why not call Apple Switzerland at the above number and get the official answer? Don't rely on information you receive here on this type of question.
Apple will not reply here. These are user-to-user forums only. Contact the Apple Store in your country and ask them.

So I wonder if I buy my Apple care now, it will be included with lost and stolen? It is a bit confusing… I hope they reply soon! I attached the screenshots as proofs.
I mentioned it since it's not an option when you go to the purchase page for an iPhone in the Swiss Apple Store. Why it's listed on the Claims page I have no idea. As Jeff said, this is something you'll need to ask Apple Switzerland about.

On Apple's website, when selecting a model, you typically have the option to choose between AppleCare+, AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss, or no coverage. In most countries where AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss is available (based on their official list), these three options are offered. However, in Switzerland and the Netherlands, for some reason, only basic AppleCare+ or no coverage is available at checkout even though theft and loss options should be available.
I'd really prefer to have my iPhone insured against theft as well, especially after having my iPhone stolen in London recently. My question is whether it's possible to purchase AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss after buying the phone, even if that option wasn’t available during the initial purchase. If you're curious about what I mean, try comparing the US and Swiss options.
Thank you both for your quick and detailed responses. My final question is: why is AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss listed as available in Switzerland on Apple's official page? For instance, on the
iPhone Theft and Loss Claims - Official Apple Support
page, and it's even shown as a separate product on the Swiss Apple domain
Produits AppleCare - iPhone - Apple (CH)
I assume I'll be able to buy this coverage through settings after the purchase, but I'm confused since you both mentioned it's not available, while Google and Apple's own pages suggest otherwise.
