Transparent network proxy Pop Up

Hi I have a random pop up entitled " Transparent network proxy for Apple system services wants to use your confidential information stored in "com.apple.NetworkServices.ProxyToken" in your keychain.

to allow this, enter the "login" keychain password.

I have no idea what this is , what it relates to or how to resolve.

Any ideas?

Whether I click cancel or enter pass word the notice disappears and a new request materializes for a new reason. sometimes “sharingd” wants to use keychain. Keychain Pop ups I am getting relentless pop ups from keychain asking me for passwords for numerous things.. I cant remember when it started but I did change Os to Monterey recently. How do I stop 'Cannot verify Google identity' pop-ups on company Wi-Fi? anytime im using my company wifi i get constant pop ups like can not verify google identity. how can i stop that pop ups [Re-Titled by Moderator]
