My iPhone 13 Pro won’t ring when I’m on Facebook. A banner appears across the top of the screen, but no ring tone. Leaving me unable to take my eyes off my phone because I wouldn’t know I was getting an incoming call. This is only when I’m on FB. Please help.

This is an issue with the Facebook app that dates back a couple of years. There are multiple suggestions in this thread:

including turning off Bluetooth access for the Facebook app, turing off auto-playing videos, and a couple of other ides, none of which appear to be an absolute fix; they seem to work for some people but not others. You can read through all those posts and see if any of the suggestions work for you. But this is a problem with the Facebook app, not with your iPhone.
