Amazon Prime Giving Error Code 0.35

I am getting Error 0.35 saying "We are experiencing temporary problem. Please try again later. Some issues might be fixed by restarting Prime Video app on your device".

This is since 6 months that I bought the Apple TV.

It is A2737 (64GB) on tvOS 17.6[21M71]

I have been trying all sorts of solutions. Installing, deleting, Reinstalling, Changing Displays SDR to HDR to 1080 to 780 and so on.

However nothing has worked.

All other APPs except this one works just normal.

Suggestions from some one who might have faced similar issue are welcomed.

After extensive experimentation and multiple failed attempts to resolve the issue, I discovered the underlying cause. It appears that Amazon Prime struggles to function properly with steady bandwidths below 50 Mbps. After upgrading to the latest TVOS Beta, I found that the issue was resolved once I also installed a signal booster for my WiFi router, as the Apple TV was located in a spot with poor signal strength. Now, it works fine. The problem seems to be related to the older version of TVOS, which had difficulty running Amazon Prime on bandwidths below 50 Mbps in the India region.

Nevertheless, sign-out and delete on all. Then reinstall and re-login to the iPhone, preferably from home WiFi. Then give it a shot on the Apple TV (delete and reinstall on that too prior to attempt).

Have you tried restarting your router?
(Have you verified their app on other devices on the same network?)
Have you tried an alternate/different DNS?
If you use a VPN, try without it.

Sorry, I can’t replicate your issue on my Apple TV 4K.

Their app has had a new version (1.8.14) since 08/29. Redesigned, runs fine though.

Where is the Apple TV physically located (country) and what region is your Apple ID set to?

Only 3 can be logged on simultaneously. I would logout and delete the app on your Mac and iPad and retry.

This indicates an issue with your account - take the steps as per my last post, failing which please continue with Amazon support. Not an Apple TV issue.
