Sharing local notes with iCloud

Hi there,

I wanted to move my local stored notes to my iCloud notes account.

I moved them to a new iCloud folder which I created to do that.

ALL my notes desapeared!!!

I need to have them back!!

very important things inthere.

There are no more any folders at all in my local notes account.

How to recover these datas?

my iPhone is not recognized in the Apple mobile app for windows.

I m not sure if they where saved somewhere recently(before to move them to iCloud,the phone was connected to my account i Cloud.)

You guys from Apple team assistance should find a solution to get back these vert importants datas,please.
