comments not working using WSJ app on ios

Started using WSJ app on ipad but ability to comment is not working. Could it have something to do with ipad settings. when I was able to log in without app comments worked. Any suggestion would be appreciated

This usually helps to get to a point where I get a Lets be sure It is you code, I put it in, it says I am logged into Fox News but when I get to the Fox News Comment area it is the same unresponsive Dead comment log in process. **Has anyone seen this issue before? Suggestions?

Recent member of WSJ subscription. Nor is it working with a Win11 laptop thru the browser; just blank content. I've found nothing to fix... Not sure it's a iOS problem.
