The Apple Vision Pro light seal is built with certain sizes so that the Apple Vision Pro fits for every face. The way you determine which one to use is by having a face scan done using the TrueDepth censor on iPhone and iPad with Face ID. You can do this at home by going here. (You need the Apple Store app for this) Once you click Get Started you will be prompted with the following menu to find your fit. You can also do this at an Apple Store.

The Apple Vision Pro is designed to fit a wide range of face shapes, but it may not fit everyone perfectly. In stores, the demo units are adjustable for general use, but for an optimal fit, the device is customized with tailored headbands and light seals based on individual measurements when purchased.
