iPhone 13 Pro Max Yellow Screen of Death

My iPhone 13 Pro Max is on iOS 17.6.1. I placed it on a table a couple days back and saw the screen glitch for a couple seconds, showing a yellow screen with horizontal lines all over, then go back to normal. About a couple seconds after, it glitched again and stayed that way since.

I saw another discussion on here talking about the same issue happening to multiple people, so I know it’s not just my phone that’s doing it.
