Music App on iOS is way too big (without any songs downloaded)

Each time it takes approximately 2 hours with an agent before they get to a point where I share my iPhone 13 data, and they send the information over to the engineer because they can't help. BUT THEN, when I get a call back (saying they have an update or an engineer who can help) I can't get back in touch with the agent who helped me last, and I'm stuck with either going through another 2hr inspection with a new agent (to get sent back to an engineer) or just not using Apple Music. I'm sorry for the rant...

My Music App takes up approx. 9GB of storage on my iPhone 13 (66.9MG App Size & 8.7GB of Documents & Data). I have NO music downloaded to my device. Trust me, I confirmed in the Music app, and Settings (settings>Music & Settings>Storage) and confirmed no downloads. I turned off Dolby Atmos. I turned off Lossless Audio.

I've deleted the app, reinstalled the app, turned the phone off and on multiple times. One of the agents thought that maybe it could be data from album artwork (over years of saved albums/songs) that are autoloading in the background (like cache?) so we toggled off the "Sync Library" option in Settings>Music ... but after sitting there for 20 min, the Music App slowly began growing again in size to reach 9GB. I don't know what else to do. Thanks for the support.
