App is restricted on my phone but not my ipad

I’ve recently been playing a game called battle cats on my iPhone and just recently it just disappeared from my Home Screen so I went to AppStore to redownload it thinking that I accidentally deleted it but it showed that it was downloaded and when I pressed open it showed that it was restricted and suggested me to turn of restrictions. But when I messaged my guardian whether he changed the restrictions or not he said that he didn’t change anything so I assumed that a new update caused stricter restriction setting but then when I opened my iPad which was signed in on the same Apple ID as my phone I saw the battle cats application in the home screen and I could play it and it wasn’t restricted but it was still restricted on my phone. Can someone please help me fix this I am confused why I’m not able to play on my phone or whether my phone has an issue or something.
