How to restore Messaging suggestions on iPad Air?

i hadn’t realized this problem of mine happened until about 2-3 weeks ago, so basically my messaging suggestion strip had disappeared, and i didn’t really care much about it until now, because it started affecting me when i was talking with my friends, etc. and i don’t really know how to solve it, i tried looking on youtube, tiktok and on google but i couldn't find any videos helping me with my problem, i would really appreciate if anyone would help me. (by the way im using the apple ipad air 4th generation.)
